Beer and Lime Micheladas

A savory, spicy beer cocktail built with cold lager, fresh lime juice, hot sauce, and a salted chili rim. Served over ice, it's a classic Mexican-inspired crowd pleaser for casual gatherings.

Ingredients
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 piece lime wedges
- 4 cups cold lager beer
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili-salt rim mix (Tajín or Tajín-style)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Steps
- Spread the chili-salt mix on a small plate and run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into the salt to coat.
- Fill each glass with ice cubes.
- In each glass, squeeze in fresh lime juice, then add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Stir the mixture briefly with a spoon to combine.
- Slowly pour cold lager into each glass, tilting slightly to reduce foam, filling almost to the top.
- Give each drink a gentle stir, garnish with a lime wedge, and serve immediately.
